ffmpeg -i video.in -acodec copy -vcodec copy video.out

For converthing to theora use the simple ffmpeg2theora

Ofcoz OpenPr0nservd has this feature built in, unlike GNU pr0nservd, which is not only lacking in features, but also a complete mess when you look at the code!
